Expanding Our International Reach
February is a month to reflect on the global reach of our brand as many festivities take place across the world, from the Chinese New Year celebrations to mark the Year of the Tiger, to the Rio Carnival in Brazil, Carnival of Venice in Italy, and the Quebec Winter Carnival in Canada which marks the meteorological end of Winter in the Northern Hemisphere.
Back at base, we’ve been busy expanding sales of high-quality Spline and Thread Gauges across a range of continents where critical production lines rely on OGC International products to ensure the highest level of component quality and specification.
We’re also looking to make leaps forwards into the future of production - with the New Milton facility to be the first to embrace Factory 4.0.
This will involve the development of new systems and software to enhance company-wide productivity, from quotations to the production cycle, all the way to final checks, shipping and delivering the finished product.
We’re excited to bring more updates on this as we create the future-proof systems to continue to deliver products and services as the world’s #1 Gauge Brand!
UKAS Audit
Our New Milton thread measurement laboratory team are delighted to have passed their UKAS audits for yet another year, providing confidence in our gauge measurement abilities to meet the highest of global standards.
With companies across the globe now requesting a greater range of stringent requirements, our team of artisan Engineers are able to produce precision components to a range of in-house specifications or UKAS standards.
Supporting Critical Defence Requirements
We're always happy to go above and beyond to meet and surpass our customer requirements.
We recently completed a large order of 75 Gauges which were presented to a critical UK Defence Department in a bespoke, dedicated tooling cabinet. Enjoy guys - we hope the cabinet helps to keep them all in order!
Within this order, the fantastic team at Master Gear & Gauge also supplied a very impressive set of Spline Plug Gauges - with powder-coated handles in Red and Green to clearly indicate their respective Go / NoGo usage, offering quick and simple identification at a glance.
Supporting Formula 1
With F1 ‘revving up’ for the 2022 season, our teams have been busy manufacturing Spline Plug and Ring Gauges for many of the Racing Teams!
All F1 Teams supplied have been delighted with our excellent component quality, impressive industry-leading turnaround times, as well as concurrent technical support and management.
